Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service, handle concerns promptly, and oversee daily restaurant operations while enforcing standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise and train team members, manage staffing and labor costs, and open or close the restaurant as needed. Maintain food and cash controls, promote company values, and ensure 100% shift attendance. Travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary. This role requires a valid Food Handler's Permit, completion of training programs, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Food Handler's Permit
- Completion of Dave's Hot Chicken Team Member and Shift Manager Training programs
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to perform basic math operations (cash handling)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
- Must be able to travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
- Must ensure 100% shift attendance
