The Lunch Coordinator at Leman Academy is responsible for overseeing the school lunch program's daily operations, ensuring safety and logistics during lunchtime, and communicating effectively with staff, students, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Fingerprint Clearance Card / Background and Criminal History Clearance
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to operate office equipment as required on assignment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with scholars, parents, co-workers, vendors
Desired Qualifications
- Food Service experience preferred
- Working Knowledge of best food handling, kitchen management and safety practices
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong commitment to providing leadership in promoting health and safety
