25-160 SAP Implementation Test Lead

Develop and maintain comprehensive SAP testing strategies, plans, and schedules covering unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, performance, and cutover phases. Lead and coordinate the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting while defining and managing test environments, data, and tools. Provide leadership and mentorship to test analysts and business testers, serving as the primary point of contact for all SAP testing activities, issues, and escalations. Collaborate with business process owners, functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements, overseeing defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities. Champion the adoption of SAP testing tools and automation where applicable, driving continuous improvement in testing processes and metrics. This role supports OPG's Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR) within a 24-month, hybrid duration.
