Job Summary
Conduct ad hoc business analyses and document requirements for ERP system enhancements, collaborating with supply chain, operations, and planning teams to gather functional specifications. Lead solution acceptance and rollout, facilitating stakeholder education while managing the solution roadmap and prioritization framework. Execute detailed process mapping and gap analysis using Lean Six Sigma tools to identify inefficiencies, driving business process re-engineering focused on optimizing supply chain functions ahead of ERP deployment. Develop executive-level presentations to synthesize findings and support informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Required Qualifications
- business background to independently interact with the line of business, and to understand business issues, challenges, opportunities and requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A four-year university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics plus 1 year of concentrated study in Business
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ideally in supply chain or ERP transformation roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Proven experience in business process re-engineering and change management
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in energy or nuclear industry
- understanding of compliance and safety regulations (e.g., NRC, DOE, INPO)
