Job Summary
Conduct in-depth industry analysis of financial statements and benchmark global peers to assess ERP strategy performance. Lead feasibility assessments and refine detailed business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and joint workshops. Develop business artifacts, process maps, and data visualizations while managing RAID logs to mitigate program uncertainties. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and monitor progress against milestones to ensure seamless execution. Track metrics and prepare insights for executive leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2-4 years in business analysis or process improvement roles
- Experience in finance systems, plant operations, or manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and refining business requirements
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings
- Experience in driving consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive industry analysis
- Experience in evaluating 10-K statements
- Experience in benchmarking industry peers globally
- Strong data analysis skills
