Job Summary
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, design efficient workflows, and implement integrations and automation. Troubleshoot technical issues to optimize platform performance while staying current with updates and industry trends. Work within an agile team through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This 12-month, 35-hour remote role offers an hourly rate of $80-$95 and includes ServiceNow certifications as a requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Expertise in HRSD, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and API integrations
- Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
