Meat Cutter Team Member cuts and trims meat to company standards for retail sale, engages in daily customer interactions, shares food knowledge with customers and teammates, and adheres to Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation policies. Responsibilities include day-to-day department operations, merchandising, quality control of offerings, and driving department sales while managing shrink and expenses; performs other tasks as assigned. Requires friendly, customer-focused approach, retail meat experience preferred, strong attention to detail, effective communication, independent time management, ability to follow written/verbal directions, and adherence to attendance policies. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other routine tasks.
