Job Summary
Meet established sales targets and reach goals including Sales Per Hour while assisting the Store Manager in daily operations. Provide in-house training, support onboarding of new staff, and maintain high standards of customer service to build long-term relationships. Contribute to product merchandising, manage inventory, and handle store opening and closing procedures as needed. Motivate the team, encourage goal achievement, and adapt strategies by reviewing sales reports. Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts with a bonus based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in retail sales
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team management
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends

- High school diploma is considered an asset
