Coordinate all training for Production Operators and maintain associated records by working with Operations Managers to identify training needs and ensure compliance. Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to reflect continuous improvements, while acquiring familiarity with critical operations to support process enhancements. Retrieve documentation to ensure all team members are trained to current revisions and accurately maintain training records and the manufacturing training matrix. Conduct periodic audits to verify documentation accuracy, operator qualifications, and procedural adherence, while soliciting ideas from operators to implement productivity and quality improvements. Perform skill program proficiency audits and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
