Assist in developing the school living plan alongside the teaching director, orientation teacher, and curriculum specialist. Conduct individualized student interventions and emergency support in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute. Document all actions ethically and utilize only scientifically recognized assessment tools. Guide daily work based on pedagogical guidelines and promote socioemotional competencies. Identify psychosocial demands, mediate family-school relationships, and facilitate inclusive support groups. Prevent and resolve conflicts, violence, and social vulnerabilities while addressing racial inequalities.
