Job Summary
Support school management and the school community by facilitating interactions and co-creating school life improvement plans with the teaching director and curriculum specialists. Deliver individualized student counseling and referrals to protective networks, adhering to emergency protocols under Law 8.069/1990. Conduct all interventions in-person while documenting actions in official records and the selected platform. Guide daily work based on pedagogical and institutional policies, analyzing school challenges to strengthen socioemotional competencies and inclusive practices. Mediate family-school relationships, promote collective conflict resolution, and address social inequalities and racial justice within the educational environment. Work 30 hours weekly from 07:00 to 13:00 in Jales, SP, for Grupo Med+ in emergency response services.
