Job Summary
Complete resident and property service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, pool maintenance, and minor carpentry. Maintain a positive attitude while serving residents with great customer service and owning your role at the property. Maintain a valid driver's license and EPA or CPO certification as a plus. Work in a supportive environment offering 15 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 100% paid medical benefits.

- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, Pool maintenance, grounds, Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
