Job Summary
Conduct labor gymnastics sessions twice weekly, delivering 15-minute classes covering breathing, stretching, and posture correction for up to four groups daily. Perform individual physical assessments monthly on employees, measuring body composition, posture, and fitness levels to generate personalized health reports. Facilitate quarterly educational campaigns and light-to-moderate activity workshops, including yoga and fitness combat, to promote regular exercise. Maintain attendance records and submit monthly service statistics for all activities.
