Job Summary
Support school management and the school community by facilitating interactions and co-creating the school convivencia improvement plan with the directorate, POC, and PEC. Deliver individualized student interventions and emergency care aligned with Law 8.069, while conducting scientific evaluations and maintaining ethical documentation. Guide daily work based on pedagogical directives, foster socioemotional competencies, and mediate family-school dialogues to strengthen educational bonds. Identify psychosocial demands, prevent violence, and address social inequalities through inclusive actions that valorize African, Afro-Brazilian, and Indigenous histories.
