Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service in a busy retail environment focused on humidors and related products. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise (emphasizing in-house brands), maintaining product knowledge, stocking and rotating merchandise, answering questions about price and usage, handling transactions with a cash register when required, setting up displays for promotions, assisting in inventory, maintaining clean shelves and price tags, and adhering to safety regulations. The role requires physical ability to stand, lift, and move products (up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally) and to work in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service and teamwork. Education preference is a high school diploma or GED; prior retail experience is a plus. Must be able to read and write simple instructions, communicate with guests and coworkers, and comply with state requirements (TABC/Food Handlers in some cases). The position is full-time with availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications

- TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and Food Handlers Permit required in some cases
