Mixing operations at Litehouse in Lowell, MI: load ingredients into blenders, operate metering and pumping systems for batch recipes, run batch automation systems, perform changeovers and washouts with allergen controls, maintain cleanliness, use scanners and inventory software following FIFO, requisition ingredients and maintain production records, adhere to food safety policies, and work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
- Ability to operate or learn computer-based batch automation technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
- Able to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
