Job Summary

Inspect parts, sequence parts according to customer demands, and ship parts according to the production schedule. Pick production materials from pick sheets within the sequencing area, maintaining stock on a first-in-first-out basis. Use the ERP system to communicate with customers, scan labels, and print labels as required. Sequence racks based on customer demand printouts and rack numbers, placing material in correct cell containers that coincide with the build sequence. Load and unload trailers for shipping and parts from the production line to the warehouse. Identify problems with completed parts, report packaging issues or broken parts, and assist with physical inventories and cycle counts. Maintain required records, complete paperwork accurately, and ensure pick sheets are attached to packaging. Creatively seek improvements in working conditions and process capability while promoting teamwork.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift and push up to 30 pounds repeatedly
  • Employees must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed
