Job Summary
Support the business area by assisting associates with product and service information, handling operational tasks for self-service to ensure efficient business execution and meeting targets. Generate credit operations and commercialize financial products while performing loan and investment simulations. Provide both in-person and external customer service, prospecting for new associates. Requires higher education in Administration, Economics, or Marketing, plus experience in public service and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior em andamento (Administração, Economia, Marketing, entre outros)
- CPA ou C - Pro R
- Experiência em atendimento ao público e vendas, preferencialmente em produtos e serviços financeiros
- Profissional com boa comunicação e postura
- Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office
- Ter a essência do Cooperativismo
