Job Summary
As an Insurance Agent, you will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, solicit new business, maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals, and expand by proactively building relationships with existing customers. You will educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs, with a focus on effective follow-up and multi-tasking to achieve targets. The role prefers a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (not required) and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. On-site location with opportunities for growth, training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and additional perks.
