Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance to achieve production goals. Build relationships with existing customers to expand accounts and educate them on products that best fit their needs. Manage accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely bank deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system. No cold calling is involved; instead, leverage client connections for growth. This role offers uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a $15–$18 hourly base salary with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Location: On Site
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
