Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance to achieve production goals. Build relationships with existing customers to expand the book and educate clients on products that best fit their needs. Handle accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system. This role offers a competitive base salary of $15-$18 hourly plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Located on-site, the position is ideal for bilingual candidates with sales experience seeking internal promotion opportunities within one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
