Job Summary
Solicit new nonstandard auto insurance business and maintain current accounts to achieve sales production goals. Build client relationships by educating customers on products that best fit their needs and accurately account for all currency transactions within the agency management system. This role offers uncapped commissions, renewal bonuses, and performance-based incentives for a bilingual candidate with sales experience. Located on-site at one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States, the position provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K with employer match.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
