Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance to achieve production goals. Build relationships with existing customers, educate them on product fit, and ensure accurate accounting of currency transactions with timely bank deposits. This role offers a base salary of $15–$18 hourly plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus for the 220 license. No cold calling is involved. We provide continuous training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
