Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance while building client relationships to meet production goals. Handle accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely bank deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system. Educate customers on product fit and provide ongoing training and mentorship within a growth-oriented culture offering internal promotion opportunities. This role includes a sign-on bonus for the 220 license, uncapped commissions, and access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and pet insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
