Job Summary
Insurance Agent role focusing on nonstandard auto insurance sales to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals, expand business by building relationships with customers, and educate clients on products that best fit their needs. Responsibilities include accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits to the agency management system, and leveraging client relationships to drive cross-sell and renewal opportunities. Position requires on-site work in Dade City, FL; license is preferred but not required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills valued. Growth-oriented, with comprehensive benefits, uncapped commissions, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Sales or customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
