Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance to achieve production goals. Build relationships with existing customers to expand the client base and educate them on suitable products. Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system. No cold calling is involved; instead, focus on connecting quickly and leveraging client relationships. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, along with a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. This role offers uncapped commissions, renewal incentives, and a competitive base salary ranging from $15 to $18 hourly.
