General Helper on 3rd shift at Kraft Heinz in Mason, OH, performing general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include operating filling equipment, packaging finished products, assembling boxes and partitions, labeling and palletizing, monitoring weight and packaging accuracy, managing scrap procedures, maintaining clean work stations, assisting with machine start-ups, and following quality and safety standards. Requirements include the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, strong attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented approach.
