Job Summary
Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude. Work with teammates to prepare menu items using kitchen equipment like fryers and warmers while following safety and sanitary procedures. Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping floors, sanitizing utensils, and servicing restrooms. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to policy. Stand for long periods, bend, and lift 50–75 lbs comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably
- Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
- A positive attitude while conducting all duties
