Job Summary
Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. Work with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements while using kitchen equipment like fryers and warmers. Ensure daily restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems per policy. Maintain a fast speed of service in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and security procedures. Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts; must be at least 16 years old and able to lift 50–75 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably
- Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
- A positive attitude while conducting all duties
