Journeyman Meat Cutter at Schnucks in Washington, MO responsible for cutting and preparing all cuts of meat, operating meat department equipment (saws, grinders, cubing and sealer/wrapper machines), weighing, labeling and pricing products, stocking and rotating products in meat cases and coolers, and providing customers with cooking instructions. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, reading shelf tags, coordinating product from the warehouse, and performing additional duties as assigned.
