Job Summary
Journeyman Apprentice Meat Cutter at Schnucks in Washington, MO. Apprentice position in the retail meat department requiring knowledge of meat cuts and preparation, with duties including customer service, operating tools and equipment, cutting and preparing meat, stocking and pricing, and maintaining safety and sanitation. Training will be provided at store level. Physical demands include bending, standing for long periods, working in cold environments, and lifting up to 125-150 pounds.
