21st Century Site Coordinator- Forsyth Woods

Coordinate and implement academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18, ensuring full alignment with the 21st CCLC grant plan and district priorities. Deliver direct services including homework support, structured learning, and cultural activities while supervising staff and students to maintain a safe environment during before-school and after-school sessions. Manage student attendance, data collection, and reporting using EZ Reports, create lesson plans, and oversee supply ordering and maintenance. Serve as a substitute instructor, lead program planning Monday through Friday, and conduct community outreach to families and partners. Supervise staff training on policies and safety protocols, attend staff meetings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
