Job Summary
Conduct before-school and after-school programming for youth ages 5 to 18, delivering academic support, homework assistance, and enrichment activities aligned with the 21st CCLC grant plan. Supervise program staff and students to maintain a safe environment while managing daily operations, lesson planning, and activity center setup. Collaborate with school teachers and administrators to align instruction with student needs, manage attendance and data reporting via EZ Reports, and coordinate community outreach. Lead staff training on policies and safety protocols, oversee supply inventory, and serve as a substitute instructor when necessary. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 9:00 am and 2 pm to 6:00 pm with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years child care experience
- Ability to work with children in grades K-8
- Able to clear a level 2 background check
- Candidate must be dependable
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have Director's Credential or willingness to obtain
- Before-school hours: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
- After-school hours: 2 pm – 6:00 pm
- Monday - Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in education or related field
- Detail oriented and organized
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
