Job Summary
Conduct direct services to students in before-school and after-school programs, ensuring full implementation of academic and enrichment activities aligned with the 21st CCLC grant plan. Supervise program staff and students to maintain a safe environment while managing student attendance, data collection, and reporting using EZ Reports. Collaborate with school-day teachers and administrators to align programming with identified student needs, lead program planning Monday through Friday, and create engaging learning environments. Serve as a substitute instructor, provide community outreach, and train staff on policies and safety protocols. Manage supplies, lesson plans, and administrative tasks as needed. Earn $22 per hour with flexible schedules for before-school, after-school, or split shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years child care experience
- Ability to work with children in grades K-8
- Able to clear a level 2 background check
- Candidate must be dependable
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have Director's Credential

- Associates degree or higher in education or related field
- Detail oriented and organized
- Classroom Management Skills
- CPR and First Aid Certification
