21st Century Program Manager

Coordinate 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant operations during the school year and summer, extending past normal hours as needed. Articulate program vision to staff, families, and community leaders while monitoring implementation and approving funding expenditures. Develop policies, recruit staff, and provide professional learning to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Analyze monthly program data, conduct classroom observations, and facilitate meetings with the Advisory Council. Maintain accurate records, manage vendor relationships, and apply for grant requests based on the five-year cycle.
