Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee a 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) site, implementing and managing the expanded learning program in collaboration with the Principal and district leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, outreach and engagement, data collection and reporting, supervising staff and volunteers, assisting with staff recruitment, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, maintaining data entry and attendance records, scheduling educational activities, supporting family engagement, and ensuring program operations align with school-day curriculum and district policies. Requires adherence to grant expectations and the ability to manage budgets and program evaluation, with emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and multicultural sensitivity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- IVP fingerprint clearance card and background check
