Job Summary
Coordinate after-school programming by gathering homework, setting up snacks, managing student check-ins, and maintaining attendance records in TransACT. Recruit and retain students while assisting teachers with PLC meetings and addressing individual needs. Manage grant supplies inventory, develop and report on student interest surveys, and plan field trips and summer programming. Call parents as needed and attend Family Nights and Open House events. Work 7 hours daily from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for 200 days at $17.03 per hour, with summer hours adjusted to 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be CPR Certified
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for 4 days a week
- Must be available for 200 days per year
- Must be available for 8:00-3:00 pm schedule during summer programming
