21st CCLC District Coordinator - Part-Time

Job Summary
Coordinate and support implementation of the 21st CCLC afterschool and summer learning programs across three elementary school sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor program quality, provide coaching, and ensure grant compliance with federal and state requirements. Manage data by entering attendance records in the 21DC system, submitting documentation through the Title I Crate system, and analyzing program data to recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Monitor enrollment, track student participation, and collaborate with principals to develop staffing plans and support professional development for program staff. Serve as the primary district liaison between the program, school administrators, families, and community partners to cultivate partnerships and strengthen connections between home and school.
Required Qualifications
- Must be physically able to sit, stand, walk, and drive a car
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 10 pounds
- Requires the ability to compare and/or judge the readily observable, functional, structural, or composite characteristics (whether similar or divergent from obvious standards) of data, people, or things
- Requires the ability to speak and/or signal people to convey or exchange information
- Includes giving instructions, assignments, or directions to subordinates or assistants
- Requires the ability to read and write simple forms
- Requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
- Requires the ability to record and deliver information, to explain procedures, and to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and legibly in Standard English
- Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas, to add, subtract, divide, and multiply
- Requires the ability to inspect items for proper length, width, and shape
- Requires the ability to coordinate hands and eyes rapidly and accurately when using computers and other technology
- Requires the ability to handle a variety of items, such as maintenance equipment and classroom supplies
- Must have minimal levels of eye/hand/foot coordination
- Requires the ability to differentiate between colors or shades of color
- Requires the ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions
- Must be adaptable to performing under average levels of stress
