Job Summary
Estimate budgets for new project briefs ranging from $1k to $1M and oversee full production responsibilities, including procurement of labor, equipment, locations, casting, permits, transportation, lodging, catering, scheduling, logistics planning, and media delivery. Manage Triple Bidding to ensure optimal value and quality, maintain a robust list of production companies and post houses, and coordinate seamlessly with internal directors, editors, animators, audio engineers, and external post-production facilities. Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and key crew members, prepare comprehensive project briefings prior to production days, and oversee vendor billing and payments. Attend shoots in-person domestically and internationally as required to ensure production integrity while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in the production industry, with a strong emphasis on Line & Agency Producing and Triple Bidding
- Demonstrated knowledge of video production equipment and technical specifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and negotiate effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Box, Frame.io, Highland Talent, and Workfront
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive mindset with a keen sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines
- Must be able to attend shoots in-person as required, both domestically and potentially internationally
- Must be available for in-person attendance two days per week from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients (for employees within one-hour commute)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
