Job Summary
Hybrid Account Executive to support client and new business development efforts across a range of healthcare clients. Collaborates with Account Director and team to take notes during meetings, prepare recap communications, organize client resources and project plans, and ensure milestones align with SOPs, timelines, and review cycles. Supports revenue recognition activities, contributes to solution-oriented client strategies, and acts as a brand champion with strong written and verbal communication. Requires proactive collaboration, organizational skills, and the ability to balance client objectives with internal recommendations. Location-flexible within the US with hybrid work from designated offices (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, SF) or remote within the US. Bachelor’s degree required; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential.
