Job Summary
Retail front-end associate responsible for delivering extraordinary guest service at the register and throughout the store. duties include greeting guests, operating the cash register and scanning items, ensuring correct pricing, redeeming coupons, processing various payment methods, bagging and assisting with carry-outs, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, counting change, and contributing to inventory and daily recording tasks. Role requires handling IDs when necessary, adhering to safety regulations, meeting performance standards, and providing accurate information to guests while working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to obtain TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
- Food Handlers Permit (where required)
- Over 21 years of age per state law
- Retail cashier or customer service experience preferred
