Job Summary
Manage assigned retail points by developing relationships with clients to commercialize the current product portfolio and secure monthly sales targets. Negotiate effectively to ensure objectives are met while utilizing commercial levers in accordance with organizational policies. Recommend priority SKUs to expand point-of-sale inventory and review stock rotation to suggest optimal order quantities. Collaborate with merchandisers and developers to sustain execution, and place light POP materials and displays at designated locations. Requires a diversified degree, own motorcycle, valid license M, and availability for shifts. Experience in mass consumption sales and strong teamwork skills are essential.
