Job Summary
Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants needed to assist clients with daily activities across service area. Responsibilities include delivering care per a person-centered service plan, including ambulation and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal prep. Must be willing to drive throughout the service area to cover shifts; flexible to work varying weekly shifts. Requires legally authorized work status in the U.S., 18+, background check, CPR and First Aid certification, TB/PPD test, valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance. Ability to travel within service areas and document care plans in the patient care portal. COVID precautions and PPE provided. Bilingual a plus. Paid mileage, same-day pay, and opportunities to become part-time or full-time W2 upon review.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB/PPD test
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
- Ability to drive throughout service area
- Ability to travel within service areas
- Must be able to document care plans in patient care portal
