Job Summary
Provide person-centered care in clients' homes across Maryland, DC, and Florida, assisting with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while following established protocols. Document all care activities in the patient care portal and maintain reliable weekly availability with willingness to travel throughout service areas. Requires valid HHA or CNA certification, current CPR and First Aid training, passing background check, TB/PPD test, and valid driver's license with reliable vehicle. Hourly rate is $19-20 with same-day pay access, paid mileage, and supplemental insurance. Opportunity to transition to W-2 status upon review.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
- Maintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areas
