Job Summary
Provide person-centered care in clients' homes, assisting with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while following established care protocols. Document all care activities in the patient care portal and maintain reliable weekly availability with willingness to travel throughout service areas across Maryland, DC, and Florida. Work independently using a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to support daily living activities. Requires HHA or CNA certification, current CPR and First Aid training, and passing background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
- Maintain reliable weekly availability
- Willingness to travel throughout service areas
