Job Summary
Provide person-centered in-home support for clients across Maryland, DC, and Florida, assisting with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while following established care protocols. Work independently in clients' homes, documenting all care activities in the patient care portal and maintaining reliable weekly availability with willingness to travel throughout service areas. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance. Requires HHA or CNA certification, current CPR and First Aid training, passing background check, TB/PPD test, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Earn $19-20/hour with same-day pay access, paid mileage, and supplemental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
- Maintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areas
