Job Summary
Advocate for and support adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, personal care, and medical appointments. Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines while administering medications and ensuring safe evacuation during emergencies. Maintain certifications and comply with Agency policies and DDS regulations. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9a-3p, part-time at 30 hours, with a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Candidates must be 21+, possess a valid driver's license, and speak fluent English. Venture Community Services offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and benefits including health insurance and tuition remission.
