Job Summary
Provide telephonic support to customers, Fitment Centres, and CTFM branches; monitor high-risk alarms and recoveries for SVS-installed vehicles; generate and forward reports; maintain CRM records; register new vehicles on Secure Base and Hub; ensure timely monthly checks and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures; handle administrative tasks efficiently, including reporting, documentation, and data entry; demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work in shifts including weekends/holidays, and maintain accuracy in CRM and fleet data.
Required Qualifications
- Call Centre Management - Diploma
- One to Two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluent in two languages, one of which must be English
- Must be computer literate
- Good knowledge of Reporting Bases
- Good customer relationship management (CRM) systems knowledge and basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
