Job Summary
Manage product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, end users, and the Scrum team to ensure the final product meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, and reviews. Prioritize the backlog with technical and business stories. Requires 1–3 years of software development team experience, at least one year creating user stories, and intermediate English skills. Hybrid work model three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with software development teams
- Minimum of 1 year of experience creating user stories
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies: dailies, plannings, refinements, and reviews
- Ability to manage the backlog and prioritize technical and business stories
- Intermediate English
