Job Summary
Provide telephonic support to customers, Fitment Centres, and CTFM branches; monitor high-risk alarms and recoveries for SVS-installed vehicles; log and report exceptions in CRM; monitor vehicles and ensure monthly checks; generate reports for management; register new vehicles on Secure Base and Hub; recover hijacked/lost vehicles and ensure related administration is completed; maintain accurate client records and fleet lists; support daily administrative tasks and quick report requests; ensure proper handling of equipment and defect reporting; demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Call Centre Management - Diploma
- One to Two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fluent in two languages, one of which must be English
- Must be computer literate
- Good knowledge of Reporting Bases
- Good customer relationship management (CRM) systems knowledge and basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements
